Eastern Shore Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb fresh crab meat2 slices low fat bread (toasted or dried)1/4 C chopped scallions1/4 C chopped bell peppers2 Tbsp sour cream (non fat)1 tsp dry mustard2 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 egg2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Directions
Lightly saute scallions and bell peppers until tender in olive oil. Toast/dry bread and crumble. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently fold together. Pat into 6 equal sized crab cakes. Saute in the same pan used for the scallions and peppers or broil in the oven.
