1 1/2 C Egg Beaters1 lb. Little Smokies cocktail weiners1 1/4 C milk9 pieces of reduced calorie bread, torn in pieces1 C. Reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese1/2 tsp ground mustard1 tsp salt1 C Reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except Mozzarella cheese.
2. Pour ingredients into GREASED crockpot.
3. Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese over top.
4. Cook on high 2 hours
5. Cook on low 1 hour.
