Quick & Easy Crockpot Chipotle Chili

Ingredients
4 c. (about 2 cans) Chili with Beans1 c. chopped bell pepper2 c. chopped mushrooms4 medium roma tomatoes, chopped1-1/2 c. yellow corn, drained & rinsed1-1/2 c. pinto beans, drained & rinsed1/2 c. pearl barley1 T. dried oregano1 Knorr Chipotle Seasoning Cube1 c. water
Directions
1. Put canned chili, pinto beans, corn, barley, chopped mushrooms, bell peppers & tomatoes & oregano & chipotle into 3-qt. crockpot.

2. Add water & mix chili with wooden spoon. Cook on high 2-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
