Jonna's Quick and Easy Chicken salad

Ingredients

4 boneless/skinless chicken breast4 tbsp of Kraft Miracle Whip Light2 large boiled eggs1 tbsp of onions chopped finely1 tbsp of bell peppers chopped finely2 tbsp of sweet salad cubes
Boil the chicken breast until tender. Add the eggs during the last 5-10 mins of boiling. Once the chicken breast has had time to cool off, chop the chicken breast up finely and place in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Chop onions and bell peppers finely and place into the bowl with the chicken.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and you have the quickest lunch/dinner imaginable.
I like to pair my salad up with a nice bed of lettuce/spinach.

WRAVENESS
I skipped the peppers and salad cubes (only because I had no idea what they were) and used canned chicken breast (only because I was short on time to make my hubbies lunch) and OH MY...this was AWESOME AND TASTY! My hubby loved it so much he almost ate his work lunch the night before :) - 7/29/12
