1 Flatout Flatbreat Light Origional1 wedge Laughing Cow Light French Onion 1/4 cup Contadina Tomato Sauce with Italian Herbs1/4 cup Morningstar Farms Soy Curmbles3 T Scallions / Green Onion - chopped2 large Mushrooms - chopped3T Green Bell Pepper - chopped1/4 cup Kraft natural Shredded Fat FreeCheddar Cheese*Olive Oil Nonstick Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 35o degrees. (Or skip this step if you want to use a Pizza Pizzaz, which is much faster and easier)
Lay out the flatbread and spread cheese wedge in a thin layer over the entire thing. Next, spread the tomato sauce in a thin even layer over the cheese.
Sprinkle the soy crumbles, and all veggies and then top with the shredded cheese.
Spray a baking sheet lightly with nonstick spray. Place your piza on the sheet. Bake in the oven (or on your Pizzaz) for 10 to 15 minutes or untill the edges of the flatbread are slightly browned.
* This brand of cheese does not melt like other cheeses. It will not appear to melt so don't use this as a means of telling when your pizza is finished.
