AntCof's Turkey Avocado Rollups

Ingredients
4 oz. Turkey Breast, thinly sliced1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced4 oz cantainer Dannon Light & Fix vanilla yogurt2 Tbsp. Breakstone Fat Free sour cream, 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced1/2 cup onion, diced1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and diced2 tsp. capers4 lettuce leaves
Directions
Mix cucumber, onion, olives & capers into yogurt and sour cream. Wash and dry 4 individual lettuce leaves and lay them flat. Add sliced turkey and spread a thin layer of yogurt and sour cream mixture on turkey. Top with avocado slices. Roll up. Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Makes 4 lunch size portions - paired with soup makes a great lunch.
