Roasted Un-Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
3 c. cooked brown rice6 med. green bell peppers1 T. olive oil1-1/2 lb. lean ground turkey2 t. garlic powder2 t. minced onion1/2 t. Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning1 jar Wegmans Smooth Marinara Sauce (or substitute your own; nutrition info reflects this brand)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the rice according to instructions. While rice is cooking, cut peppers in half lengthwise and clean out seeds. Place pepper face-down on large cookie sheet. Brush olive oil on top of peppers. Bake for 15-20 minutes. While the peppers are baking, brown ground turkey in skillet; add spices toward the end of the cooking time. Add jar of sauce and cooked rice to turkey and stir. Fill each pepper half with about 1/2 cup of mixture and serve.
