Shava's mashed potato

Ingredients
Two large potatoes2 tablespoons butter (we use the olive oil butter from Fleischmann's)1/2 cup of milk
Directions
Poke holes in the potatoes and cook in the microwave for 10-15 minutes.
TAke out the potatoes and crumble into a bowl. Using an immersible blender combine the potatoes, butter and milk.
(You can eat them at this point, but I like to put them in the oven, covered, for about 10 minutes before serving)

Makes four 1/2 cup servings
