Peach-Lime jello pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 C flour1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp sugar1/4 C oil1/4 C unsweetened applesauce2 T 1% milk4 C sliced fresh peached1 C sugar1 C water2 T cornstarch1 box (4 servings) lime sugar free jello powder
Directions
put 1 1/2 C flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tso sugar into pie tin. Pour over dry ingredients 1/4 C oil, 1/4 C applesauce, 2 T milk. Mix in pie tin and press into tin and up sides like pie crust, poke with fork sseveral times and bake at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are browned. Cool
Put 1C Sugar, 1 C water, 2 T cornstarch in saucepan and bring to boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring occaisionally. Add one box lime jello and let cool.
Put sliced peaches in cooled pie tin and pur over the cooled jello mixture. cover and cool 3 to 4 hours.
