Crockpot Enchiladas

2 lbs. hamburger browned and drained7 corn tortillas,torn into pieces1 can black beans,drained1 can garbanzo beans,drained1can diced tomatoes1 can rotel tomatoes2 cans sliced black olives3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Brown and drain ground beef. Drain beans and mix together. Mix tomatoes in bowl together. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Layer in crockpot as follows:
Pieces of tortilla to cover bottom of crockpot
Ground beef
Black olives
beans
tomatoes
cheese
Repeat layers once
Use last of tortilla pieces topped with ground beef and cheese.
Heat on low 4 - 5 hours.
