Fettucine with Greens & Garlic

Ingredients
4 c spinach or other greens12 oz. fettucine, cooked & drained (save about 1 cup of the cooking water) 3 T olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 T shredded ParmesanJuice of a lemon Salt & pepper
Directions
Cook fettucine, drain and save about a cup of the cooking water. In large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium-high heat. Add garlic and greens and stir until greens wilt. Fold the greens into the cooked pasta, add the cheese and the pasta cooking water and toss. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Add the juice of a lemon and toss again. Makes 4 servings.
