Oven-Fried Potatoes & Sweet Potatoes

1 lb. (2-4 med.) Yukon Gold potatoes1 lb (2 small) Sweet potatoes1 tbsp. EVOO1/4 tsp. paprikaSalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Scrub potatoes well and slice into wedges. Place them in a large bowl and toss with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes on an upper rack in the oven. Loosen and turn; roast for 10-15 minutes longer or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
