Slow Cooker Pork Stew

2.5 pounds pork roast, lean 1.5 pounds potatoes, diced into large chunks 1 pound diced carrots 2-3 cups chicken broth
Place roast in slow cooker/crock pot. Cover with warm chicken broth. Add diced Vegetables. Turn crock pot on high and cook for at least 4 hours without removing lid. At low setting cook at least 6 hours.
