Snickerdoodles cookies

Ingredients
3 3/4 C. flour1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. cream of tarter1 C. Crisco2 C. sugar2 eggs1/4 C. 1% milk1 tsp. vanillabowl of cinnamon sugar
Directions
Grease cookie sheet. In a seperate bowl mix flour, soda, cream of tarter and salt. In another bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds, add sugar beat till fluffy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat well.
Add dry ingredients beat till blended. Form into 1" balls dip in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 for 8-10 min. or until light brown. made about 52 but bigger balls.
