Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups seeded, diced tomatoes1/4 cup diced onion (red preferred)2 small seeded and diced jalapeno peppers1 large clove garlic, peeled and mincedthe juice of 1 large lime2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantrofresh ground sea salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Enjoy 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) with a handful of baked tortilla chips.

Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
