broccoli basil pureed soup

Ingredients
6 cups chopped fresh broccoli4 tbs margarine (light)10 cups chicken stockblack pepper and salt1 cup basil (fresh)
Directions
cook 6 cups chopped broccoli in 4 tbs blue bonnet light margarine, add salt, then add 10 cups prepared chicken stock (add 10 cubes to 10 cups boiling water), boil, add ground black pepper, let simmer for 15 mins, let cool, add basil leaves, puree in blender, garnish with parmesan and extra virgin olive oil
