peach oatmeal cobbler

Ingredients
1 small peach1 tbsp smart balance light2 tbsp quick oats1 tbsp milk1 tsp splendacinnamon
Directions
preheat oven to 350

combine peaches and cinnamon in an oven proof bowl with 1 tsp splenda

melt butter spread in a pan and add oats, milk, and 1 tsp splenda

top peaches with oatmeal mixture and bake for 15 min or until peaches are soft

    I used a white peach, and just nuked the quick rolled oats using water, and then just sprayed I can't believe it's not butter ( 5 pumps or so), I only needed one packet of Splenda since the peach was so sweet. I did add a dollop of cool whip lite. I loved it! Thanks! - 7/1/10
