Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
2 cups of each of the following vegetables roughly chopped:- fresh green beans- green pepper- carrots- red potatoes- onion- celery- tomatoes2 ears of corn cut off the cob8 oz cooked and drained lean ground beef1/2 cup white ricesalt / pepper to taste2 cloves of garlic crushed1 1/2 tablespoons beef boullionSufficient water to cover all ingredients.
Directions
All all ingredient in large soup pot. Bring to simmer for at least two hours. Season to taste with salt / pepper.
