Garlic Basil Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lb. red potatoes6 Tbsp basil6 cloves garlic1/4 c cream cheese
Directions
Boil potatoes (with skin) in a rolling boil for 20-25 minutes or soft. Drain. Return to pot and break up potatoes with fork. Mix in cream cheese, basil, and garlic, whipping with fork to desired consistency. If you like really smooth potatoes, a hand mixer helps. Makes about 6 1/2-cup servings.
