Megan's Bruschetta

Ingredients
Basil, Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, A rather large loaf of bread, 1 GIANT tomato or many small ones
Directions
Cut a loaf of bread into 1/2 inch size slices, then slice in half again.
Place in 450 degree oven until crispy (but somewhat soft, too)
In a bowl mix a couple leaves of Basil, Drizzle of Olive Oil, a dash of CRACKED black pepper, a dash of Salt, cut up tomatoes (into little squares), and chopped up garlic.
Mix with some more Olive Oil.
When bread is done, drizzle more olive oil, salt and pepper on it. Then add the mix from the bowl.
Yummy.
You can also fry the bread in a sauteing pan with olive oil until brown. Makes it more delicious
