2 chicken breast (bone and skin removed). 2 tbsp. fatfree ranch dressing. 1 tbsp. fatfree italian dressing.1 tsp. yellow mustard. 2 small celery stalks. 1/3 cup diced red bell peppers. 1 tbsp. fatfree sourcream. salt and pepper to taste. no sugar added relish.
Cut chicken breast into nice size chunks. Slice celery stalks into 1/8 in. chunks. Dice red peppers into nice size chunks, and then add the rest of the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Toss all ingredients around until smooth and creamy. Add more salt and pepper if needed for your taste desire. Serve with lowfat wheat crackers. Makes 4 1/2 cup servings(about 4 oz. each serving).
