Crockpot Swiss Steak

Ingredients
3 TBS Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp - ground mustard1 tsp - saltGarlic Pepper to taste16 oz - Round steak, sliced 175g - onion diced200 g - bell pepper, diced1 can - Rotel undrained
Directions
Combine flour, mustard, garlic pepper and salt in a bag or bowl. Add meat and coat with flour mixture.

Add all of previous ingredients to the Crockpot. Add onion, peppers, and Rotel.

Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
