Ravioli ala Thumper

Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove),Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 14 oz (remove)Hunts Classic Italian Four Cheese Tomato sauce, 6 serving (remove)**Fresh Express Spinach, 4 cup (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 24 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) (remove)*crystal farms part skim mozarella shredded, 0.25 cup
Combine cheeses, spinach, salt, and pepper,and nutmeg. Place 2 t. filling in the middle of wonton. Fold wonton into triangle. Freeze on a cookie sheet at least 3 hours.
Boil and salt 2 quarts water. Gently drop wontons in, about 5 at a time. When they rise to top they're done. Remove and keep warm. Repeat.
Heat tomato sauce, and add 1/2 cup to each "batch" of ravioli. Top with 2 t. grated parmesan cheese and serve.
