Oat Burgers

Ingredients
1 c oats3 lg eggs1/2 c onions, chopped1/2 c mushrooms, canned with liquid
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and 'fry' on pam sprayed skillet 5 minutes....turn...brown other side 5 minutes.

Pour prepared gravy over burgers.
Cover
Simmer on low 20-30 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
