Oats, 2 cupsKretschmer Wheat Germ 1/4 cupSunflower Seeds, without salt, 2 T.Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Raisins, 2 T. (not packed)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the oats on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl. Do not turn off the oven. Add the wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon to the bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla together. Pour this mixture over the oat mixture. Stir to coat. Spread this mixture back onto the baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool. Add raisins. Store in a plastic container. Makes 8-1/2 cup servings.
