INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)1 tablespoon Plain Greek Yogurt1 tablespoon Low Fat mayonnaise 1 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoons ORTEGAŽ Taco Seasoning Mix, divided3 ounces cod or other white fish fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 Sprays of Pam1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 Corn Tortilla, warmed Toppings: shredded cabbage, chopped tomato, lime juice, ORTEGAŽ Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
COMBINE yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro and 2 tablespoons seasoning mix in small bowl. Toss with Cabbage and tomatoes
COMBINE cod, lemon juice and remaining seasoning mix in medium bowl; spray pan with Pam Bake, in a 350 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
FILL corn tortilla with fish mixture. Top with cabbage, tomato and yogurt mixture. Squeeze on lime juice
