Italian chicken bake

Ingredients
Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped *Zuchini 1 cup, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Italian Seasoning, 2 tbsp Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .5 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes. Combine all the ingredients except the parmesan cheese, in a 9 x 13 baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove foil, sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. The amount of chicken broth may need to be increased depending on the ripeness of the tomatoes or if you use canned tomatoes that have a broth.
