2 med tomatoes, chopped1 cup chopped sweet onion (Walla Walla, Vidalia)1 cucumber, peeled and chopped1 cup fresh mozarella "pearls" Dressing - 1/4 cup of the following mixed together. -1/4 cup olive oil1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar3/4 cup cider vinegar2 tbsp Italian Garden herb mix.stir in to coat.
