Endive salad

Ingredients
1/3 of a head of curly endive lettuce1 clove garlic2 tspoons olive oil1/2 a lemona dash of salt1/3 cup of bleu cheese crumbles1/2 an avacado (about 1/2 cup) - diced
Directions
clean the lettuce and save it in a salad spinner
In a large wooden salad serving bowl take 1 clove garlic (peeled) & rub around bowl
put in olive oil
rip lettuce into bite sized pieces & put into bowl
mix lettuce around until each leaf of lettuce is covered
add lemon juice & salt & toss
add bleu cheese & avacado & toss
serve

Can add fish (salmon or tuna - cooked simply is best), or as a pre-meal dish
