2 cups of any good quality can of green beans (look for low in sodium and sugar)2 cups of good quality chicken broth ( you can replace with vegtable broth)garlic power to taste ( you can add your own roasted garlic for even better taste and quality)
Put all the ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend till a thick soup. Heat in pot to taste. Makes 4 cups of soup which makes 2-4 servings. This is great when you want to munch but not pay for it.
