Quick & Easy Cabbage Rice Soup

Ingredients
6 Cups Water1 Cup Uncooked White Long Grain Rice1 454 g bag Compliments Cabbage & Carrot Blend ColeslawI can (796 ml) Aylmer Diced Tomatoes with Italian Spices2 Tbsp White VinegarBlack Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add rice, boiling until rice is almost cooked. Reduce heat to medium and add coleslaw. Continue cooking until tender. Add tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir. Reduce to low and simmer about 10 minutes. Makes 12 cups.
