Parmesan Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients
3 medium zucchini4 tbsp parmesan cheese3/4 cup yellow corn (canned)1 cup mushroom pieces1/2 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery SpreadSaltPepper
Directions
Shred the zucchini and steam until tender. Steam mushroom pieces until tender. Warm up corn in microwave for 30 seconds. Combine zucchini, mushrooms, and corn in a bowl. Mix in Smart Balance spread until vegetables are lightly coated. Add parmesan, salt and pepper to taste) and combine until the cheese is evenly distributed and begins to melt a bit.
