PUT OIL INTO WOK & HEAT IT ON MED. HEAT ADD BEEF STRIPS, WHISTERSHIRE & CHIPLOTE SAUCES, STIR IN ONION SLICES. KEEP STIRING UNTIL MEAT IS DONE & ONIONS ARE STARTING TO SOFTEN, AT THIS POINT PULL THE MEAT UP THE SIDES OF THE WOK TO REST. ADD THE SLICED PEPPERS TO THE ONION & COOK TILL THEY ARE DONE TO YOUR LIKING. MIX IT ALL TOGETHER & SERVE.
