tofu lomein

Ingredients
1 block of tofu, cubed1 bag of veggies ( i used plain store brand with no sauce)chopped ginger root 1 tsp.chopped garlic clove to tastesoy sauce to taste1 box spaghetti
Directions
cook pasta until al dente (
Heat a large wok, or frying pan making sure it's hot, but not smoking
stirfry garlic and ginger (don't let it burn)
toss in the drained tofu and bag of veggies
move it around with a spoon
drain the pasta
add to the veggies
toss it around
add the soy sauce
toss it around some more

makes ALOT 6-8 1 cup servings..
