Red Potatos with kale

Ingredients
4 red skin potatos, 1 bunch kale, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 med onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp pepper and paprika, 2 tbsp water, 5 tsp braggs.
Directions
Cut potatoes and steam over boiling water for 10 minutes then saute onion, garlic and sesame oil for 5 minutes then add potatos, pepper, paprika, until potatoes are browned. Spread kale on top. Cover and cook till kale is tender

    Thanks much! I really enjoyed this recipe. I made it exactly as written except for the pepper & paprika, which I didn't measure. I fully expected to have to "doctor it up", but it didn't need it. I am always struggling to meet my Iron goal and this will help a lot! PS - serves 4, not 1! - 9/10/09
