Broccoli Stir Fry 5 oz Serving

5 ozs Broccoli florets cut to uniform size1/2 Tbsp Olive oil1 Tbsp Garlic minced1 Tsp Soy Sauce2 Tbsp Water
1. Add oil to hot wok or pan with the garlic and stir fry for about 15 seconds (careful not to burn garlic).
2. Then add Broccoli florets and stir fry for about 1 minute.
3. Mix Soy Sauce with Water, add to Broccoli & stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Note: You can use low sodium Soy Sauce to reduce the salt content. Adjust cooking time according to preference of crispness. I like my veggies crunchy, so do not cook for a long time.
