Kettle Corn

Ingredients
2 T. oil2/3 c. sugar2/3 c. popcorn1 t. salt (this is an estimate, I just shake it on, add 1/2 t. and taste it before adding the second 1/2 t.)
Directions
Put oil in popper with 1 (one) popcorn kernel. When the kernel pops add sugar and remaining popcorn at the same time. Shake about every thirty seconds until popping slows down. Unplug popper and invert. Add salt.
