Spicy Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
14 shrimp, cooked1/2 tbsp sunflower oil1.5 cloves garlic minced2 tsp taco seasonings1/2 medium tomato, diced1 tsp fresh chives1/2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Directions
1 serving
warm shrimp with garlic for several minutes. Add taco seasoning and 1/8 to 1/4 cup water. Simmer until water thickens. Refridgerate shrimp overnight. Place shrimp on a bed of spring mix with cilantro, chives and tomatoes. No dressing needed.
