Frozen S'mores

Ingredients
1. 1/4 cup cool whip2. 4 low-fat Honey Graham Crackers3.15g ( 32 chips) Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave. About 1 minute.
2. Break the graham cracker boards in half so you have 8 squares.
3. Spread the melted chocolate on 4 of the squares as if it was frosting.
4. Now plop a dollop of Cool Whip on top of the melted chocolate. ( About 1 tablespoon per graham square )
5. Finally, top the 4 chocolate/Cool Whip squares, with the other 4 plain halves, to create your s'mores.

Makes four S'mores. One S'more a serving.
