Pepper Jack Cornbread

1 package corn muffin mix 6 to 8.5 oz package 2 tablespoons red pepper jelly 1 heaped tablespoon shredded pepper jack cheese aprox .75 oz
1. Do not pre-heat
2. Spray divider pan with non stick cooking spray.
3. Prepare muffing mix acording to package directions
4. stir in Pepper Jelly and Cheese.
5. Close and turn GT Xpress on.
6. Cook 10 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
7. Remove, cut each in half and serve.
