1 (9.75 oz.) white & dark premium chunk chicken in water¼ cup Kraft® reduced fat Mayo with Olive Oil1 (11-12" long) celery stalk, diced2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped2 Tbsp. toasted caramelized pecans chopped1 Fuji or Granny Smith apple, diced small4 cup Dole Classic Romaine Salad Blend, dividedsea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1) Mix all but the lettuce together; refrigerate for about an hour or so ahead so the flavors blend.
