3 TBSP Soy Sauce1 medium orange squeezed for juice1 tsp brown sugar2 tsp corn starch2 medium red peppers diced2 TBSP vegetable oil1 large steak cut into strips1.5 cups broccoli florettes1 cup baby corn diced1 cup scallions diced
Mix soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and corn starch and set aside.
Heat oil in frying pan or wok and add beef. Cook until browned. Drain off any liquid.
Add in all vegetables and cook until slightly soft but still crunchy.
Add orange juice mixture and cook, stirring often until thickened.
