Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup (15oz can rinsed)Chili powder, 1 tbsp Pace Chunky Medium Salsa, 0.50 cup Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, .125 tsp (1/8 tsp) Pinto Beans (Generic Brand), 1.75 cup (15.5 oz can rinsed)Chili Beans, generic brand, 1.75 cup (15.5 oz can rinsed)Mexican Fiesta Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (15.5 oz can)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (8oz can)
1. Drain and rinse the cans of beans.
2. In a 4-5 quart crockpot, combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until mixture is blended and thickened.
4. Serve with sour cream and/or grated cheese if desired (though not figured into calorie count).
5. Makes 6-8 servings.
