Ingredients
4 lbs rolled oats2 lbs oat bran1 lb lecithin granules1 lb flaxseed ground1 lb currants1/2 lb sunflower seed, shelled and unsalted1/2 lb almonds1/2 lb milk thistle seed12 oz wheat germ (1 jar)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a paper bag or large plastic container.
Store in plastic bags ( I use three of the gallon size) or containers in a cool dry place.
Makes about 100 servings

Soak 1/2 cup of the museli in fruit juice or water for at least a half hour. May add nonfat vanilla or fruit yogurt to sweeten.
