Raspberry Peach High Protein Workout Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 scoop Twinlab Vanilla Slam 100% Whey Protein Fuel1 Tbsp Wheat Germ1 Tbsp Ground Flax Meal1/2 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1/2 Cup frozen raspberries1/2 Cup fresh or frozen peach slices1/2 med banana
Directions
Layer ingredients in blender in order given. Process on high power until well blended, continue blending another 30-60 seconds. Add ice or water and blend for desired consistency.
Vary the smoothie by changing the combination of fruit. I like to always use a banana for the nutritional value and smooth texture. I use at least 1 cup of frozen fruit for a nice frosty smoothie. I have this almost every day after my workout.
