KT's Turkey Taco Salad!

8 oz Lean Ground Turkey2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning15.5 oz Can Sweet Yellow COrn15.5 oz Can Black Beans1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (LOW FAT)6 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream5 Tbsp Fat free Catalina Dressing6 Cups of Iceburg Lettuce1 Cup of Onions Chopped
Brown Turkey
Add Taco Seasoning, Corn, Beans & Catalina Dressing
Simmer for approximatly 10 - 15 minutes
Sprinkle cheese over top of Meat mix and let melt
Makes about 6 3/4 cup servings with 1 cup of lettuce
To Serve:
Put a cup of lettuce on each plate, place 3/4 cup of meat mixture on top and sprinkle with onions and 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream.
I also add hot sauce and a few sliced jalapeno peppers. Recipe lacks spice so I add at the end!
