Ingredients
ground turkey 1 # , 8 oz whole whaet elbows , 1 cup diced peppers and onion, 1 can 28 oz whole tomatoes
Directions
brown turkey in 1 tbl olive oil, add peppers and onions, break up whole tomatoes and add simmer for 10 minutes. cook pasta according to recipe on the box and add to mixture, enjoy

    pretty good.. 3 1/2 stars if I could. I had to add some traditional ragu sauce because there wasn't enough sauce. Also thought it was a little bit bland.. maybe add some spices next time. Overall I will make this again/ My BF who isn't dieting gave it 3 stars as well :) - 1/11/10
