Ingredients
1 c. med-short grain rice2 c. lowfat milk1/4 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/4 tsp. cloves1 tsp. vanilla1 can pumpkin
Directions
combine rice, milk, sugar, salt and spices in a sauce pan. bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover for 15-20min... until rice is soft and creamy. remove from heat and stir in pumpkin and vanilla. serves 4.
