Ingredients
Tomatoes, any variety, 5 largeOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, raw, 4 clovesOlive Oil, 2 TbspSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut tomatoes in 1/8 and line a glass or ceramic baking dish in a single layer. Top with chopped onion and garlic. Add 2 T olive oil and season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

Bake uncovered for approx 45-50 minutes
