Aunt Barb's Salad Dressing

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup *Red Wine Vinegar, 1/3 cup Lemon juice, 2 Tbsp Salt, 1/2 tsp 1 finely chopped onionOlive Oil, 2/3 cup
Directions
Blend all ingredients except olive oil in a blender.
While blending on slow, gradually add the olive oil.
Makes about 1.5 cups, or 24 servings of 1 Tbsp.

- the original recipe then adds a couple teaspoons of poppy seeds, but that's just not the type of thing I generally have on hand so I never use them.
